Hi! I'm Michael Daryanani from Indianapolis, IN. I live downtown Indy and love the restaurants, walks around the canal, sporting events and city life. I travel when I can - islands, mountains, cities known for their culture - name it, I want to go. Enjoy spending time with family, friends and my 22-year-old son Miles. Recently I began collecting art and vinyl. So happy to be back with Fairway!! Spent almost 10 years here in the reverse division. I've hit the reset button and am getting back to my roots of being a Loan Officer. Excited to collaborate with my new teammates and old friends. Let's make each other better and grow together :). Feels good to be home.

I’ve spent over 15 years in Human Resources and Administration, working with incredible teams and learning that a happy, connected team really can do anything. I’m excited to be starting this new chapter, diving into something fresh, and continuing to grow with such an awesome company!
